Ingredients:
1.Cooked Basmati rice-3 cups
2.Green mango-1 (Grated)
3.Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
4.Green Chilis-5 (Slited)
5.Curry Leaves-10
6.Cashews-2 tbsp
7.Rice Oil-As per requirement
8.Salt-To taste
Process:
Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds,Curry leaves and cashews.After 2-3 minutes add the grated mango.Cook for sometime.Finally add the rice along with green chilies.Mix well.Add salt.Mango Rice is ready to serve.You can use pinch of turmeric powder for a nice yellow color.
