Macaroni Payesh


Ingredients:


1.Rice Macaroni-50 gms
2.Milk-500 gms.
3.Sugar-100 gms.
4.Khoya kheer-50 gms.
5.Cashews-10
6.Cardamom-few
7.Ghee-As per requirement
8.Cherry-for toppings

Process:


Boil milk in a pot for sometime.Heat ghee in a separate pan.Add rice macaroni and fry lightly.Now add the fried macaroni into boiled milk.stir for 2-3 minutes.Add sugar.After that add khoya kheer and cashews.Keep stirring.Cook for sometime.Remove from heat and let it cool.Add cardamom and fresh cherries as toppings before serving.
